I am 6'6" and fit comfortably in it and don't have the seat all the way back. Height-wise I have enough room between my head and the roof liner and my head doesn't bump on it when I got fast over bumps on the road, especially in a car with a sunroof.
If anyone sat behind me, they would not have a great time, but nobody has ever been in the back seat.
