It's funny that this kind of liabilities seem to apply only to BMW!
We don't get the dynamic lighting or TJA, when very similar applications are available e.g. on the new Mercedes S Class... not to mention the tailgate closing with the keyfob, which you can get on a KIA Sorrento. Still, the good things in BMW outweigh the lack of some options, but sometimes it doesn't make sense!
