Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I have a Lexus SUV which is getting old and want to trade it in for a Mercedes GL-class but the Lexus is so reliable that I'm having a hard time getting rid of it!
Good luck getting the splitter installed. Are these actual BMW dealerships that are giving you a hard time? Or independent installing shops?
