Sorry for topic starter, but this is nowdays reality
I pretty sure that this navy already in Poland, Lithuania, Russia(or may be in my country Latvia). But for me definitely it is not in NL.
Regret to say if all were thinking not to buy used things without evidence that its not stolen we wouldn't have almost steeling at all(another option is cut hands
