I went with Power Stop Z231738 Z23 Evolution Sport; Carbon Fiber-Ceramic for the front pads and Power Stop Z23919B Z23 Evolution Sport; Carbon Fiber-Ceramic; and it's included hardware for the rear pads.
I used Power Stop SW0462 for the front pad wear sensor, and Power Stop SW1698 for the rear. But honestly, it really doesn't make a difference what brand wear sensor you use.
But since, I was using Power Stop pads, it made sense just to buy everything from them. I have to admit, looking at those rotors thru the wheels, sure looks good.
I even bought some small M logos, that I placed on the rear calipers to match the fronts.
