M-Sport actually gives you a lot of extra things - including the steering wheel, sports seats and visually externally the body kit and exhaust. For me those things were important as for instance I personally dislike the standard steering wheel. But it mightn't be an issue for you at all.
M-Sport with M-Adaptive the sweet spot for me!
