Yep, everything except oil pump chain tension and inability to walnut media blast is pretty similar timing-wise…N55 oil cooler housing gasket isn’t an issue BUT you have TWO oil pans on the S63TU, so 6 of one two dozen of the other (upper oil pan is way mo’ sheeeit to remove if it needs done lol)
