One other thing, look at this write up for TJA. It clearly states that unlike the Acc with stop n go, the TJA does NOT deactivate after a brief stop.

it get's even weirder : now the TJA switches on without holding the steering wheel !

If this is a due to a malfunctioning sensor, no way I am having this repaired !
