The most stressed ball joint on front suspension is the one on lower control arm which you have replaced.
There are other 2 ball joints ( steering wheel arm and the trust arm ). Small play can make noise buy is hard to identify w/o disconnecting from the hub.
Other source of clunk is sway bar link … easy to check and easy replacement. Check on that also.
