The MPBK has four-piston fixed front calipers, while the rear has a single-piston sliding rear calipers. I?m not sure what the stock models come with. My X5 50i had the MPBK when I got it used. Not sure they?re really needed, but they look amazing! Brake dust is an issue as is some squeaking while braking in reverse.

Winn thank you for your info! I was just wondering why does realoem have 2 options for front rotors on 50i:
1. 365mm like you mentioned
2. 385mm - not sure what is this one about? It's not MPBK, but not 365mm either
