service help
My 2014 F15 has been in service now for a month for CEL. During that time, I had picked up the car twice, both times returned the car right back to service. The SA isn't saying to much except that they are checking with BMW and following procedures..
What recourse do I have? Can I take it to another service center? Thanks for your help.
