What are the symptoms? You said you immediately returned the car to service twice already after picking it up.
The SA is saying nothing about what course of diagnosis they are taking? IMO taking it to another dealer is not what you want to do at this point as they'd have to start over again and may not want to perform a "second surgery".
Get full details and next course of action from the current dealer and then decide next steps.
