topaz330 , I agree with
bluelodge400 , it takes time to fully optimized.
So, it is best to run baseline first, then install and drive for 50 miles and dyno again, this way you will have the best power gain reading.
Also, as far as MPG, if you can resist yourself from driving aggressively after the tune, you will see a gain a little bit. I don't think anyone tuning the car looking for MPG more than the HP.
