These are possible all directly shown in @r33's cheat sheet:
1) Power folding mirrors upon lock with key fob
2) Radio and GPS off when engine is turned off and driver door is opened
3) Rear DRLs on with the front DRLs
I don't recall nor know anyone that has done the suspension coding so I cannot comment on that one. If your guy is good, he should be able to follow the cheat sheet without issues because @r33 has done a great job on listing where everything is. I have coded majority of those features in my car and they all work great. Good luck!
