I think the seats in my F85 are great once they're adjusted right, but I wouldn't say any of the X5 seats are "plush". The SRT seats I had in my Grand Cherokee were significantly more compliant, especially with the softer suspension. I don't get "car ass" from extended drives or anything, but I've noticed BMW seats in general are very particular about how they are adjusted. If they're a little off, things start hurting.
