I skip a setting after a whole tank of gas so it can fully adapt and trust me even my stock setting was so much better after driving a whole tank (recently) than when I first got it and only drove 50 miles on it.

Mount it somewhere dry, away from heat , hopefully others F15 can show their mount location

I am still on E. I have not found any reason to move forward. I agree that the biggest jump is the default setting of B. No need to test anymore small increments. I may go back to the default. The default plus Sport+ (coded) is fantastic.
I will try to take a picture of my install and post it later.....
