This is so epic, it ought to be considered for a sticky. I’ve saved it in my phone to review with my service guy whenever i do service.

I have/currently own MB so, i’m new to BMW cars but this, in my mind, is tantamount to the head bolt issue with the w204 c63. Well, not exactly, but in some ways. And probably many other car situations have similar ‘ounce of prevention’ tips/issues.
