I've just double checked this and this option is definitely not in BDC_BODY\3069 like it should be.
I did read on another forum for a different F model BMW that this new option was only visible when using E-Sys 3.28, I am using E-Sys 3.27.1 and the latest data files as of yesterday.

Sections are meaningless. Either use Launcher Cheat Codes or search function.
Mapping has nothing to do with E-sys or PSdZ version. You likely need to update E-sys Launcher past 2.6.x (current version 2.7.1) so that you can have updated mapping to find FDL.
