M Sport is purely a personal choice, but IMO it looks significantly better than the other option. It is defiantly 95% cosmetic, but depending on your configuration could add sports+ trans and sports seats. If you don't care for the look of the M-Sport you can get the same options (DHP + DCC) and have an really nice ride sans the cosmetic upgrades.
