those led lights are a premium option and cost more than xenon. the light output should be very white, no yellow. unless bmw does something different for your market.
at least here in the usa, bmw installs runflat tires on almost all the vehicles they sell. if you get a flat, you can still drive on the flat tire at reduced speeds and short distance. and since that x5 you are looking at has the 20inch wheels, more than likely it has runflat tires.
as for the squeeky interior, usually not too many complaints on this forum for that. i wonder if the extreme heat does something to the plastics. the one thing that does occur sometimes is a squeeky rear hatch, which can be fixed.
