Back then the Acura was far less luxurious and fun to drive. The greater value of their vehicle was not enough to sway me.

I drove it. Felt too much like our Honda Odyssey which feels too much like my mothers Civic (but we need the *******.
Infotainment quality is much better, as are levels of interior finish and quality.
Design is a personal preference I can't comment on.
