In my E63 AMG the kit comes with it's one filter and O-Ring that push into place, and then bolt up the pan with new mounting bolts. I'm pretty sure that BMW is the same, or is the new pans plastic?

I had ordered the kit from FCP Euro, it did come with the plastic pan so I opted just to swap the oil. I think you would have to contact BMW to get the factory pan.
