Tune, I suggest RaceChip. It is cheaper and do the same thing as the Dinantronics. Minus the warranty, which is what Dinan selling in actual.
Wheels and Brakes, for that budget, might as well to go with aftermarket wheels with M Performance Brakes.
Muffler, again, if you are willing to wait 6-9 months for an OK quality product.
Suspension, seems like you are not convinced with a spring setup. In this case, I suggest you to go all in, go Coilover KW V3. You won't be disappointed once it is setup correctly.
