If you like the car and can't find another that you like, you can do the following.Negotiate price, have your local BMW dealership ( where you will be servicing it ) buy the car, certify it ( CPO which you will pay extra for but have the extended guaranty) and buy from BMW dealership.
Or keep looking for a CPO elsewhere.
