The other difference with the IFBMW-S vs the 100KRS is likely the adapter to plug in. It looks from the posted picks that the 100KRS has a dedicated crossover whereas the IFBMW-S is direct plug-in with the BMW plug on the speaker. (at least, that's what my research has discovered) So you will likely need to splice the factory wires with the 100KRS.
