Press and hold the door 'lock' button on the keyfob; in the UK this folds the mirrors and closes any open windows / glass roof. Similarly if you press and hold the 'un-lock' button on the keyfob it opens windows / glass roof. I think I'm correct in saying that you need to have option 430 "Folding/Auto Dimming Ext Mirrors" for folding / unfolding of the door mirrors part of this feature to work.
