Haven’t really done any additional testing, am surprised that it appears to be a rarity, will do some more evaluation and research on this before I am gonna spend the kind of $$$ on this.
I have owned this car/truck for almost 2 yrs and with normal usage it’s not an issue, just when leaving it open for an additional amount of time it’s important to be aware that it might be a more common issue for other owners as well.
It’s just another reason for me not to like SUV’s…..lol the XC90 banged me on the head when I was loading the trunk and put my foot to far under the bumper apparently…….never had any problems like this with all my sedans for over 50 years!
