If TJA requires hand on wheel to work (as in Dopas's case) then at least it could not require pressing the gas pedal to resume after full stop as the wheel sensor would already make sure the driver is still in the car. If one has to keep a hand on wheel, press pedal to resume going, and the whole thing works only on highways with wide enough lanes - then it is indeed a bit disappointing.
