It's been a while since I did anything to my X5 but here's something new that I just added. Red starter buttons from iND. It was fairly easy and straightforward to make the swap.
First I had to carefully pry off the entire front trim piece

Next project is to swap out those center console trim pieces for the leather knee bolsters from the X5M.
