Very good decision by BMW to make the engine be Hot vee back in '08. This eliminated turbo lag before it was introduced in the BMW lineup. Now Audi and AMG have their own hot vee engines... I hope the next engine wont be a 4.0 liter V8 like the Audi and AMG, otherwise the engine choice is boring. I really hope BMW slaps in a 3.5 twin turbo V10 or something mad like that
