We know there was either a black and white car removed or two black cars removed because we see two white cars. So we know the other people can’t see two black cars.
They see either (a) a white car and a black car (if I am in a black car) or (b) two white cars (if I am in a white car). From their perspective (not knowing we see two white cars), in (a) they could still be in either color car and in (b) they could still be in either color car. If they see a white car and a black car they aren’t sure if two white cars were removed (leaving them in a black car) or if a white car and a black car were removed (leaving them in a white car). Similarly if they see two white cars like I see, they could be in white car if the two cars removed were black or a black car if there was a black car and white car removed.
So they don’t guess. But we don’t know why they don’t guess.
