My bet is fire suppression system based on the color, the tubing, and the canister type. However, I'm not used to seeing them mounted upside down like that.
Self-sealing fuel tanks don't usually use pressurized injection. They simply have layers of material around the container that swells when exposed to fuel. There is a bladder inside that prevents contact under normal conditions. When punctured, the fuel wets the material, which swells the material and seals the leak.
