OK So I tried it out. I'm not sure if you were referring to the Trunk button on the door or the one on the FOB. My door button delay did not change (which is no delay) with VAM_TIMEDELAY_BOOTLID settings. However, the FOB trunk button is annoying in that you can't just tap the button, you have to hold it for like a half second. Well that is controlled by RC_TIMEDELAY_BOOTLID. Change that to "wert_00" to avoid needing to hold down the trunk button to initiate the opening. That was worth the exercise alone!
As for the FMH feature, I tried to activate it on the 4th button short press using the settings you posted but I could not get it to work. Yes, I also set the FMH via FBB to aktiv so maybe there another setting somewhere to get it to work.
