By accident, I had a box of chewing gum in the center console on a hot day. Was driving for some time when I took one out and noticed that it was cold. The box had been in front of the fan and that kept it cold. Also when I wanted to do this DIY, the engine was running, and the fan was spinning, so I had to stop the engine before I could proceed. I have no clue when it starts spinning. I had to check a couple of times after this DIY to actually feel the air flow through the holes. At this point I'd say it's random!  |
