The car was a demo with couple thousand miles, but I gave it a good look over when I bought it and I'm sure there was no damage that I recall. I washed the rims before I store them and I'm certain they weren't damaged. Any thoughts if this is a warranty issue? I live far away from a reputable dealer, so I want to get a feel from you guys before I drive 1.5 hrs just to show them.

Well, finally made it to the dealer for an oil change. They are going to replace the wheels under warranty. They have less than 1k mikes since I bought the car and replaced with winter set almost right away. The only issue is the fact that I'm moving in 4 days, so I will have to wait until I get to our new place to deal with it.
Later!
