For DPF cleaning or regeneration : run at 2-3000 rpm for 20-25 mins. These cars have passive regeneration or active if the ECU deems necessary due to higher exhaust back pressure. A proper freeway run in a lower gear usually works well done once a week. This will also make the EGR last longer.
While regenerating you will notice a drop in fuel mileage and burnt smells after stopping. Hope this helps.
