Here is what I do according to the handbook:
1. Choose the Sport Plus mode ( it will turn off the traction control too)
2. Put the gear in sport mode
3. Push the brake firmly with your left foot
4. This part is a bit tricky: punch down the gas pedal, in a blink of an eye the "Launch Control Active" Flag pops up..
5. Release the brake and enjoy the younger brother go all crazy.
I'm pretty impressed with the different results I felt!!
For me it may comes handy once a week at Max.. even though I drive 70% of time driving on sport and sport plus modes.
