Texting issues android

Ok...after much investigation and consideration I want to put this out there to see if anybody has any options on my f-15 I'm able to receive texts on the car and all of that is fine but I can't send texts now I know that through research I know that you need to download the Dragon app for Android to text I don't like messaging my phone to send messages in the car and read them on the connected drive screen. Anyone know to do both in the car?

I also know I have 3g. Since the car will receive messages I don't think the 3g upgrade issue that is spoken about is an issue. I also tried to upgrade my software and the car wouldn't take it. It was the right file....
