Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4tires: did anyone install these tires on F15?

Currently exploring replacement tires for 2015 BMW X5 MSport with 20" OEM wheels.

Front: 275/40R20
Rear: 315/35R20

The vehicle has Pirelli P Zero OEM run flat tires (2nd set) with 41K miles. Each set seems to last about 20K miles.

Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 are more expensive and of course go-flat tires.

Please share your experience with Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires.
