I can't seem to call up all the available satellite stations so as to set my presets ?

Can someone give me a clue as what I'm doing wrong

Not quite sure what are you asking.
At least older model had an issue that not all the channels are available, mine can do Sirius only channels.

According to this https://www.siriusxm.com/vehicleavailability
yours should have SiriusXM.

My X5 is a 2017, when I try and scroll with the I drive I can only seem to get 15 stations give or take
