DHP adds dynamic anti roll bars which are able to decouple the left from right suspension at both axles. This allows allows bumps and dips to only affect the corner of the car that hits it.

And also DHP got differential for torque vectoring from X5m/X6m. It's the best package BMW offers for X5 if you care about driving. I highly doubt anybody retrofired DHP into X5 yet, much cheaper would be to swap entire cars.

Yeah, it's a fairly complex system with hydraulics and multiple control modules - besides integration is huge with everything starting from DSC to DME. Nothing is impossible, but the amount spent on oem DHP parts alone will be cost prohibitive - it's not even offered as a retrofit package, it will be needed to separately spec all parts - would be very interesting to see someone accomplish that project
