Winter wheel setup - offset/spacer question

I have stock m sport 19's and if you're coming from stock 20's with the flared fenders, which the m sport has even with 19's, they definitely do look a little odd in the rear, since the rear fenders are flared more. That said, for winters, I don't think it's bad enough to deal with spacers. Even for summer, it's not so bad.

Anyone tried mounting stock 18" or 19" from the E70? My initial plan was to go with a used set of 18" rims for a winter setup, but from what I gather, the offset on the stock F15 is +25 while all of the various E70 OEM wheels I can find online seem to be more like +40 or even higher.
