Yes thank you for reaching out to the developer. He is great at responding and there are many features I would love to see in the future
If you figure out how to perform it using expert mode, please let everyone know

Try one option at a time once or twice in the beginning so you know everything works great before doing a large set of changes. Some of the menus are heavily populated and require patience. |

Did they ever add the option to turn the corona rings on when you unlock the car during daytime? I have it on my F10 and love it. On my F15, they won't turn on unless the light sensor detects its dark out.
There's also this really cool feature on my F10 where the full LED headlights turn on when I short press the alarm (red) button on the fob. Works whether it's day or night too. Very handy when you need an ultra bright flashlight in your driveway or parking garage. |

Coded wife's X5, practiced all this on my F10. 30 min total time
Disabled all disclaimers M splash screen Phone ringtone thru car Tire pressure AND temperature (I don't understand why this isn't standard) HUD turn signals Didn't do the digital speed in BC button (redundant with HUD) X5 logo in console on start up (yea, pretentious) Open/Close mirrors on comfort close or key fob close Unlock doors on engine off Turn off radio/GPS when opening door DRL. Tail lights (where we live, we need all the visibility we can get!!) Door handles LED's in reverse Auto start/stop default off Change number of blinks on lane change to 5 Best $75 ever spent - $25 adapter, $25 Bimmercode app, $25 Bimmerlink app. Cleared all errors when I was done.

If I remember correctly, it is under the splash screen section and it gives you an option of about 5 different ones. They have the BMW screen, X5 screen, M screen and I thought one or 2 more (maybe i series screen) It will not give you a preview, so google search what each one is before you code one and exit the program. It is still under the easy code section of the head unit. Just a heads up for anyone who hasn't been into the app in a month or so, it has received one update in that time. That may explain why some previous weren't able to do this. Hope that helps a bit

2. changing number of blinks is more straightforward, since it looks like a common change and the developer has accounted for it. It can be found in the BDC module and will show in the menu. I've done some screen shots. I really don't want to steal the thunder of the group of coders that post detailed guides elsewhere in the various forums. They clearly have plowed ground for those of us "users" to follow. The combination of the various cheat sheets I've found, coupled with the app has given me the confidence to take this on. I now understand the layout and structure of the modules and codes, and it all makes much more sense. Granted, there are still some limitations with the app vs. using ESYS, but this gets me 95% of what I'm looking for. As I indicated earlier, I really wasn't too keen on the "windows in Apple environment" process, so this is a good compromise.
