I drive a 50i so I have 50i brakes and F85 calipers sitting in a box waiting to be installed. Why does it matter what brakes I have? And color? This gents pics are of the M Performance brakes aka E70 X5M brakes. And they come blue.....sooo ya.

I'm installing my M performance brakes and noticed that to replace the rear protection plate, I have to remove the parking brake shoe. It looks like the new protection plate that came in the kit is about 1" larger. Did you guys change the protection plate or leave the old one?
Edit: I replaced the rear protection plate by removing the parking shoe. The 35d old protection plate was too small for the larger upgraded rotor. Last edited by happydude; 09-01-2019 at 11:44 AM.. |
