Entertainment Center Issues

Our X5 seems to be stuck on AUX mode. We’ve never plugged anything into the AUX port, but no matter what we do we can’t get it to switch to Bluetooth or USB. When we have something plugged into the USB port, it doesn’t register as connected, and although the connectivity screen shows our phones as connected via Bluetooth, it does not show the same when you try to choose it as the method of playing audio - it shows nothing is connected via Bluetooth.

Has anyone had this issue or have an idea of a fix?

Are you using Android or iPhones? And do you have Bluetooth connected to both music and telephony? Or to telephony only? There should be two icons illuminated next to the BT device you have connected. If you only see the telephony icon...then you haven't paired the device to stream music.

The video below shows how to check for telephony as well as music streaming BT connections:
