BBS CH R wheel fitment

Hi all

I've come across a set of BBS CH R in the following specs:

20 x 9.5 +24
20 x 10.5 + 24

Said to be off an E92 M3 and E60 M5

I currently run oem Style469 wheels on my F15 MSport.

Just wondering if these would fit my car and I can reuse my oem tyres with these?

I don't know about the center bores, but those offsets are lower than the factory F15 wheels. Meaning they push the wheels out of the fenders more as the center of the wheel is closer to the inside of the wheel. They are narrower than the 469's though so that could compensate. Really, if the center bores work, you will have to measure to check that they will fit.

469 specs:
20x10 ET +40
20x11 ET +37

I usually use this wheel fitment site to check clearances:

https://www.wheel-size.com/calc/

I'd guess they will work (again if CB is the same). But use the calculator to be sure.

I know that these wheels are not as wide as the existing, but thought the offset would make up for that fact.

Wheel calcs seem to say they will be about 16mm wider than current wheels and being on oem suspension with no plans to lower. This would seem fine in my non educated mind haha.

Will look into the centre bores. Thanks.

Oh they'll look fine, just not as wide as the OEM, which is half the reason I love my X5

16mm is only 0.63" so I'm pretty sure you have the clearance to run that. Yeah, as long as the center bores are compatible you should be okay.

The tires are just as wide so they will look the same. Probably even better as they will sit further out than the OE wheels. Without having to use spacers.

.5" width difference on the wheels isn't going to look any different really. Plus you gain the added benefit of a little extra rim protection. One of the reasons I love running 285/40's and 325/35's on my 20's instead of the normal sizes. Wheels are 5 years old now and have no curb rashes.
