leather bolster damage

this has happened to my black dakota leather on my 5 series F10 LCI.

production date decmeber 2013 and only seen 12,000 miles so far.

car is still under warranty.

is this something i could claim for under the warranty?

You should definitely try. I'm sure they will call it wear and tear but it shouldn't happen that early on such a young car.
