I went Sunday night to a new Mexican joint in town, and they had shrimp cocktails. You get the option of shrimp, octopus, and tipo-avolone (fake Abalone). I let them put a couple tipo on top for the wife (can't stand abalone) then went shrimp and tentacles. Their sauce was made with just a touch of tomato, more orange and lime juices to do the "cooking" I'm relatively sure we will be going back!

It was funny, I saw one of the chefs at the local Smart/Final buying the gallon bottle of Julio red wine. When I gave him shit, he said it was for the fajitas.
