I Plastidipped my wheels black. Regular Plastidip is matte but they have a glossifier that makes it glossy. I have done this on several of my cars and have been pretty happy with the results. Not perfect but I already had a little curb rash on 2 of my wheels. Plastidip is nice because if it happens again I just spray over it to cover any new blemishes.

There are tons of videos out there on how to do it...and when you go to sell the car you can just peel it off and you have your stock looking wheels.

+1. Except that with Autoflex, it is much more durable and resistant to weather, gas etc and lasts longer compared to Plastidip.

I would have them powdercoated. More resilient than regular paint and autoflex

It's from a company called 4Bumpers, it's a solid metal product. Bumpshox frames will absorb impact better, but this is less ugly

Slightly ashamed of the dirty car but I've had no time this month and in 1600+ miles of driving including two trips to Mammoth to ski. No better way to do those miles

Pic of it in the high sierras and gratuitous halo shot as it always makes me smile when I blip her open

Mammoth is one of the best ski resorts I've been too in the world and so much snow!

Drive from LA is just amazing.

This season isn't the best conditions unfortunately but not bad - last year was epic so we were spoiled that's for sure!

Where this picture was taken was under 8ft of snow this time last year

I actually have two sets: one set of 375s and a set of 599s! That being said, the 469s are very, very good looking wheels.
