Finally got the F14s straightened out. 10/10 will never buy from Jason @Getyourwheels.com or another set of Forgestar wheels but you live and learn.

Long story but here it is,

Ordered F14s with custom offsets for my X5. ETA 2 months. 2 months later I received them, 1 box was badly beat up. I cringed, opened it and sure enough wheel was damaged. Lip had dent/bend in it. Contact them and I have to send it back, then they confirm its damaged even after I send them 10 pics showing box, wheel, damage (2 weeks goes by). They confirm its damaged lol & have to make a new wheel, 3 weeks later new wheel arrives.

Shipped back to me in the same beat to shit box that the first one was damaged in and insert back to them...I lol at myself thinking really? Open it, only to find it was literally thrown in the box. No siran wrap on the face to protect it like original ones had, no plastic lip protectors as original ones had. So with the wheel thrown in the old box the face of each spoke got scuffed/scratched from shipping accross country and the face rubbing against the box.

I contact Jason GetYourWheels and he basically sounds irraitated that I am contacting him about this. He says it should have been packaged well. He says that 90% of the Mark's should buff out and its fine. His exact words, "It should be 90% new."

I contact Forgestar Wheels who seem very caring and say that they will make sure Jason takes care of this properly. Jason immediately calls me back and says they will give me $50 back. I pretty much loose my patience and tell him I'm ready to send all 4 wheels back. He is very shitty with me and I throw out $200 because at this point I'm tired of dealing with fxcking retards who have no care for their customers or how they handle business.

Lesson learned, never buy from either of these jagoffs again.

What a frustrating, drawn out experience. It absolutely boggles my mind that some folks (companies) don't have the slightest clue about customer care. So many issues can be avoided or resolved just by showing a little empathy. Sad to hear your experience even took place at all.

I agree, especially in the age of social media. Plus, someone who is buying custom rims is probably going to be apart of an enthusiast forum.

Glad you were able to get it sorted out, sucks having to deal with incompetence.

Thank you. Yeah now its September and I just had the wheels put on that I ordered in May. Almost time to take them off for Winter lol. I am still completely blown away how both companies really could have cared less. Yes they were only $2500 set of wheels but still. Oh well.

Yeah I run a small business selling parts for Evos myself and if something gets damaged or goes wrong for the customer, they are my main concern to take care of and make things right. Good customer relations is 99% of how I make new sales every day. It's just sad these companies can justify to just no give a fxck. My Instagram is 22k followers and you can bet all of them have been warned of these 2 shady companies.

Sold my beautiful X5 50i

So my pics come with a heavy heart because I just sold my X5 four days ago... But I think I'll be visiting my dealership soon for a new 2020 X5 50i.

LOL...jagoffs. Yay, Pittsburgh.

Sucks, but glad its sorted out. Sounds like the wheel is manufactured well and to your liking, but shipping and customer care just suck. I would have gone straight over Jason's head instead of dealing with him. Forgestar was receptive when you contacted them and sounds like they can use improvement in their shipping and packaging department. Jason certainly could use a whole lot of help, but he has nothing to do with manufacturing, packaging and shipping.

Let's see a full on pic of them on the car. How concave did you go?

Lol not sure if your truck is carbon black or black but if it's carbon black eBay has the 3m midnight blue vinyl that's a perfect match for our paint to put over the amber bumper reflector.. same one I'm using.

I miss my 25mm rear spacers but when I air it out it would hit my fenders and won't tuck in like it is right now
